This GDF type centrifugal fan duct fan has been improved on the basis of foreign technology and developed independently. The fan has high static pressure, stable operation, low noise, small installation size, easy installation, and can be directly connected to the air duct. It is widely used in industrial and civil buildings. Ventilation, conveying air and other gases that are non-corrosive and non-viscous substances harmful to human body, the dust and hard particles contained are less than or equal to 120 mg per cubic meter, and the gas temperature range is -20 degrees Celsius -60 degrees Celsius.

Installation of GDF series centrifugal duct fan:

A Understand the specifications and forms of the fan, the position of the air inlet and outlet, the corresponding installation size, and the power requirements of the motor.

B Before installation, carefully check whether the fan blades and the casing are damaged and deformed due to transportation, and check whether the bolts are firm, otherwise they should be repaired before installation and use.

C The duct tuyere and the fan should be equipped with an interlocking device. When any duct tuyere is opened, the fan can start automatically.

D Before starting the fan, first check whether there are any objects in the fan and the pipeline that hinder the rotation; check whether the electrical circuit is in good condition.

E After installation, check all parts of the fan regularly, and check whether the bearing lubrication is sufficient, so as to ensure that the fan can start at any time and operate normally.

F The direction of rotation of the impeller must be consistent with the arrow mark on the fan duct.
