Product Introduction

KVV cable is a polyvinyl chloride insulated control cable, which is mostly used for control, signal, protection and measurement system wiring. Manufactured according to GB9330 "Plastic Insulated Control Cable", IEC60227 "Rated Voltage 450/750V and Below Polyvinyl Chloride Insulated Cable" and IEC60502 "Rated Voltage 1-30kV Extruded Insulated Power Cable and Accessories" and other standards.

Product Feature And Application

●The rated voltage of power frequency Uo/U is 450/750V.

●The allowable long-term maximum working temperature of the cable conductor is 70℃.

●The ambient temperature should not be lower than 0℃when the cable is laid. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the cable should be preheated.

●The recommended allowable bending radius of the cable is as follows:

For unarmored cables, it should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable;

Armored or copper tape shielded cable should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable;

The shielded flexible cable should be no less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.

Scope of application PVC insulated PVC sheathed control cable is suitable for wiring of control, signal, protection and measurement systems with rated voltage of 450/750V and below or 0.6/1kV and below.
