What are the inspection rules for 3C fire damper?

2022-11-25

According to the national standard of Fire Dampers for Building Ventilation and Smoke Extraction Systems GB15930-2007, the inspection rules of 3C fire dampers are "factory inspection and type inspection". Henan Shuangxin fire damper manufacturer explains them one by one.

First, delivery inspection of fire damper
1. Each valve shall be subject to delivery inspection by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and can be delivered only after it is qualified and attached with the product quality certificate.

Second. The valve can be delivered only after all inspection items are qualified (the delivery inspection items are shown below).
Inspection items: appearance, tolerance, reset function, manual control, electric control, insulation performance (6 items in total)

1、 Type inspection of fire damper
1. In case of any of the following conditions, fire damper products shall undergo type inspection.
a. Product trial production type approval;
b. After formal production, such as changes in structure, material and process that affect product performance;
c. When production is resumed after stopping production for more than one year;
d. The factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection;
e. Major quality accidents or major disputes on product quality occur;
f. When required by the quality supervision organization;
g. During normal batch production, the inspection shall be conducted every three years.

2. The type inspection shall be conducted in the order specified in the requirements (inspection items are shown below).
Inspection items: appearance, tolerance, driving torque, reset function, temperature sensor control, manual control, electric control, insulation performance, closing reliability, corrosion resistance, air leakage at ambient temperature, fire resistance (12 items in total).

3. Inspection quantity and judgment rules
a. Three samples shall be taken from the qualified products in the factory inspection, and the sampling base shall not be less than 15. The size of the sample shall be the largest in the batch. During the test, one set shall be selected at random and inspected item by item in the order specified in the requirements.
If the inspection items listed in Table 8 do not include Type A nonconformities, the sum of Type B and Type C nonconformities is not more than 4 items, and the number of Type B nonconformities is not more than 2 items, this batch of products is judged as qualified in type inspection. Otherwise, this batch of products is judged as unqualified in the type inspection, and another two samples are required to re inspect the unqualified items. If all the products are qualified in the re inspection, this batch of products is judged as qualified in the type inspection except for the unqualified samples in the first inspection. If there is still one unqualified product in the re inspection, this batch of products is judged as unqualified in the type inspection.

b. The temperature sensors in the fire damper shall be sampled from the same batch of products, and the number of samples is 15.
Select 5 out of 15 temperature sensors to conduct "temperature sensor non action and action temperature test". For the non operating temperature test, if more than 80% of the samples do not operate, the non operating temperature test is judged as qualified. Otherwise, the remaining 10 samples shall be reinspected, and if the reinspection is qualified, the inactive temperature test is qualified. Otherwise, it is judged that the non operating temperature test is unqualified.
After the non operating temperature test of temperature sensor is qualified, the operating temperature test of temperature sensor shall be conducted. If all actions are qualified, the action temperature test is judged as qualified. Otherwise, the remaining samples need to be re inspected. If the re inspection is qualified, the action temperature test is qualified. Otherwise, it is judged that the action temperature test is unqualified.

The inspection contents of temperature sensor "non action and action temperature test" are as follows:
There are 12 inspection items in total, including "appearance, tolerance, driving torque, position function, temperature sensor control, manual control, electric control, insulation performance, reliability, corrosion resistance, air leakage at ambient temperature, fire resistance".
