The industrial and mining dedusting equipment uses a dust suppression machine, and its normal use cannot be separated from water source and power supply. The following seven small failures of industrial and mining dedusting equipment should be understood clearly by users.

1.When spray, water and gas are sprayed out at the same time: the reason is that the welding seam of the infusion pipe in the dust fog gun barrel is off welded, or the infusion pipe is corroded by the liquid medicine,

2.Fog cannot be sprayed and water drips: the first reason is that the filter screen in the casing of the dust fog remover is blocked, and the second reason is that the inclined hole in the nozzle is blocked. Remove the blockage.

3.The air cylinder can not inject air: the first reason is that the leather cup of the dust remover is dried and hardened, and the fog remover is worn and cracked when it fails; Second, the screws at the bottom of the cup fell off, and the cup fell off. Dry shrink cups shall be unloaded and dipped in engine oil or animal oil, and then loaded after expansion; The cracked cup should be replaced with a new one. If the screw is loose, install the cup and tighten it.

4.The sprayed fog is scattered and not conical: the reason is that the spray hole of the dust fog remover is not in correct shape or blocked by dirt, and how to remove the obstacle causes poor atomization. Unscrew the nozzle cap for adjustment and remove the dirt from the nozzle.

5.Water leakage from stopper rod and gland: how to eliminate the desoldering between cylinder wall and cylinder bottom? Or if the steel ball in the valve housing is stuck by dirt and cannot fit with the valve body, repair welding or remove dirt as appropriate.

Air leakage from the air cylinder gland or water filling cover: the main reason for this condition is that the seal is not tight. Check whether the rubber gasket of the dust fog remover is damaged

6.or not leveled, and whether the flange is off welded with the air cylinder. Replace the gasket, install and level it, and repair the off welded part as appropriate.

7. Water leakage of switch: the switch of the dust fog remover is damaged or the asbestos rope under the switch cap is aged, resulting in a gap that will lead to water leakage. It should be replaced with a new product or a new asbestos rope as the case may be. The fog monitor can be tightened.
