Product Introduction

SWF mixed-flow fan is designed with meridional acceleration method. Its impeller hub is conical, and A conical flow collector is equipped at the inlet of the fan. Because the air flows out along the inclined direction, it has the characteristics of axial flow and centrifuge, and it can effectively reduce the outflow noise. At the same time, under the condition of low speed, higher fan pressure can be obtained, which can replace the low pressure centrifugal fan.

The fan is divided into 18 kinds of specifications of 250~1400mm according to the machine number. The series air volume is 500~110000m3/h, and the total pressure is 50~1400Pa. According to the speed regulation mode, the fan can be divided into single speed (typeⅠ) and double speed (typeⅡ). The two-speed fan can meet the needs of users to adjust the performance of different working conditions. It is equipped with a two-speed motor to realize the two-speed speed regulation. The fan can also be equipped with a frequency conversion motor and a frequency conversion controller to realize the frequency conversion speed regulation.

In order to meet the need of explosion-proof environment, the fan can be made into explosion-proof fan, explosion-proof grade is EXdIIBT4.

In order to meet the noise requirements of different places, the fan can be equipped with different length mufflers, or the fan can be made into a coating type.
