1. In actual use, it is necessary to ensure that the use environment is clean and tidy, the surface of the fan is kept clean, and there should be no debris in the inlet/outlet to avoid blocking the air outlet; regularly remove dust and debris in the fan and pipeline to avoid the normal use of the fan .
2. The fan can be turned on only when the fan is completely normal; at the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the capacity of the power supply facilities is sufficient, the voltage is stable, and it is strictly forbidden to operate without phase; the power supply line must be a dedicated line, and temporary lines should not be used for a long time.
3. During the operation of the fan, if the fan has abnormal noise, the motor is seriously heated, the shell is electrified, the switch is tripped, or cannot be started, etc., it should be stopped immediately for inspection. For safety reasons, maintenance is not allowed while the fan is running. After overhaul, test run should be carried out for about 5 minutes to confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon before starting the operation.
4. According to the environmental conditions of use, the bearing should be supplemented or replaced with lubricating grease from time to time (the closed bearing of the motor does not need to be replaced with lubricating grease during its service life).
For ordinary fans, in order to ensure good lubrication of the fans during operation, the number of refueling is not less than 1000 hours/time (ordinary fans), the bearings and motor bearings are enclosed, and the bearings are filled with ZL-3 lithium-based lubricating grease. 2/3 of the inner and outer circles.
