How are 3C fire dampers marked and packaged for storage?

According to the national standard of "Fireproof Valves for Building Ventilation and Smoke Exhaust Systems GB15930-2007", Henan Shuangxin will explain to you how the standard fire protection 3C fire valve is marked and packaged and stored.
1. Standard mark of 3C fire damper
1. Product label
When the fire valve leaves the factory, the product label should be fixed on the obvious position of each product, and the label should indicate: a, the name of the manufacturer; b, the product mark; c, the nominal operating temperature of the fire valve temperature sensor; d, the rated Working voltage, current; e, airflow direction.
2. Sign making
The production of fire valve product signs shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 13306, and the marking of the selected signs shall be unified as J63×100.4-L2.
2. Packaging and transportation of 3C fire dampers
1. Product packaging
The product packaging of 3C fire dampers shall comply with the provisions of "rainproof, moistureproof and vibrationproof" in GB/T 13384. The graphic signs of packaging, storage and transportation shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 191, and the signs on the outside of the packing box shall contain the following contents:
a. The name of the manufacturer.
b. Product name, model and specification.
c. Product serial number and time of manufacture (year, month, day).
d. The volume of the packing box (length × width × height).
e. Gross weight.
f. Delivery address and receiving unit.
g. "Handle with care" indicator.
2. The following text information should be provided with the product:
a. Product certificate: its expression should comply with the provisions of GB/T 14436;
b. Product instruction manual, its expression shall comply with the provisions of GB 9969.1;
d. Packing list, that is, product list.
The above information should be packed in a waterproof bag.
3. Storage of 3C fire dampers
Fire dampers should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse if they are not used in engineering projects in time after they leave the factory. When the product inventory period exceeds one year, it should be re-inspected and put into storage.
