Classification and Application of Seven Commonly Used Air Conditioning Air Outlets

1. Double layer louvered air vent

Double layer louvered air vents are generally used as air supply vents or can be directly paired with fan coil units. They are widely used at the end of centralized air conditioning systems and can also be used with opposed multi leaf regulating valves to adjust air volume.

2. Single layer louver air outlet

The single-layer louver air outlet can adjust the direction of the wind up and down, the return air outlet can be combined with the air outlet filter screen, the angle of the segment can be adjusted, and there is an ABS plastic fixing bracket between the blades. The fixed filter screen can be removed from the slide during cleaning, and then pushed in from the slide to continue use.

3.Fixed strip air vent

Fixed strip air vents are used in heating and cooling air conditioning systems and can be installed on side walls or ceilings.

4. Self hanging louvered air outlet

The self hanging louver type air outlet has a positive pressure air conditioning room for automatic exhaust. Usually, the louver of the air outlet naturally droops due to its own weight, isolating indoor and outdoor air exchange. When the indoor air pressure is greater than the outdoor air pressure, the airflow will blow the louver open and exhaust outward. On the other hand, when the indoor air pressure is less than the outdoor air pressure, the airflow cannot flow into the room in the opposite direction, and the air outlet has a one-way check function.

5.Diffuser air outlet

Diffuser is a commonly used air supply outlet in air conditioning systems, with uniform airflow characteristics and a simple and beautiful appearance. It can be made into square, circular, or rectangular shapes according to usage requirements, and can meet any ceiling decoration requirements.

6. Spherical adjustable air outlet

Spherical adjustable air outlet is a kind of nozzle type air supply outlet. Jet stream supplies air to the specified direction when passing through the valve body nozzle. The air flow injection direction can be easily adjusted in the conical space with a top angle of 35°from front to back, from left to right, and the gas flow can also be adjusted by the opening and closing degree of the valve.

Suitable for high-altitude rooftop high-speed air supply or local cooling applications, such as airport waiting halls, indoor sports venues, hotel kitchens, and other occasions.

7. Swirl air outlet

The swirling air outlet sends out a rotating jet, which has the characteristics of high induction ratio and fast wind speed attenuation. It can be used for high air volume and large temperature difference air supply in air conditioning and ventilation systems to reduce the number of air outlets. It is installed on the ceiling or ceiling and can be used for low spaces within 3 meters. It can also be used for large area air supply with two heights, and the height can even reach more than 10 meters.
