Refers to the maximum diameter of impurity particles allowed to pass through. The key to affecting filtration accuracy is the filter element, which can be selected according to the needs of subsequent components to achieve the corresponding filtration accuracy.
Flow Characteristics
It refers to the relationship curve between the air flow rate through the filter and the pressure drop at both ends of the filter under a certain inlet pressure. In practical use, it is best to choose within the range of pressure loss less than 0.03MPa. In air filters, the main factors that affect the flow characteristics are the body and filter element.
Water Separation Efficiency
The ratio of separated moisture to the moisture content in the air at the inlet. It is generally required that the water separation efficiency of the air filter be not less than 80%. The main factor affecting the water separation efficiency is the guide plate.
Air filters have different filtration efficiency when measured with different concentrations.
(1) Weight efficiency dust concentration in mass concentration (g/m³)To represent
(2) The counting efficiency is expressed in terms of dust concentration (pc/L)
(3) The sodium flame efficiency uses sodium chloride solid particles as the dust source. The concentration of sodium chloride particles is measured by Photoelectric flame photometer. The sodium flame efficiency is equivalent to the counting efficiency.
Filter Resistance
The resistance of a new filter at rated air volume is called the initial resistance; At the rated air volume, the resistance of the filter when the dust capacity reaches enough to require cleaning or replacement of the filter material is called the final resistance.
The Dust Capacity of The Filter
At the rated air volume, when the resistance of the filter reaches the final resistance, the total mass of dust particles it contains is called the dust capacity of the filter.
