Widely used in electric power, Marine exploration, oil drilling, sewage treatment, chemical, printing and dyeing, electronics, electroplating, manufacturing equipment platform and other industrial production sites.
This product is mainly composed of impeller, housing (air duct, guide vane, inner cylinder, motor support), explosion-proof motor, support, etc. Besides the motor parts, the fan flow parts (impeller, volute, etc.) must be made of soft and hard materials. The fan impeller is made of aluminum alloy impeller, which is mainly to prevent the friction between the impeller and the volute to ensure that there will be no spark, so as to ensure the fan to complete the explosion-proof task
Explosion-proof fan must understand these matters before installation:
1, when we buy back the fan, we should first carefully read the fan manual, so as to know what form of the fan we buy, as well as the specifications, performance parameters, and carefully read the installation steps and safe operation instructions.
2. Then, according to the instructions of the manual, check whether there are missing parts and whether there are defects in each part. Confirm the error before installing. If we are not sure whether the fan can be correctly and safely installed in place, it is recommended that professional installation be carried out.
3. During the installation of the fan, do not stack pipes on the top of the fan, because the connection of the fan port must be independently supported. At the same time, the overlap between the fan and the foundation must be natural and cannot be installed and used by force.
4. Then there is the problem of fan wiring, which needs professional electricians to connect. If you connect blindly, you could cause a very serious accident.
5. In addition, the horizontal height of each shock absorber is adjusted by the central height adjusting pad, and the fan is fixed on the connecting steel plate welded on the foundation with the fixing bolt. If the fan does not require a shock absorber due to an earthquake, the screw holes in the fan base may be connected directly to the foundation with embedded bolts.
6. The explosion-proof fan and the pipes at both ends must be connected with flexible joints to isolate and protect the fan.
