The difference between explosion-proof fans and non-explosion-proof fans:
1, the motor used is different, explosion-proof fan must use explosion-proof motor.
2. Explosion-proof fans have requirements on the impeller material and the inner wall of the impeller corresponding to the position of the inner wall of the casing, which require that they will not produce sparks in case of collision, such as the use of aluminum blades and iron inner wall, or iron blades and aluminum rings in the inner wall.
3. Explosion-proof blower has lower limit requirements for clearance between impeller and housing. In order to pursue efficiency, fans often have upper limit requirements for clearance, which are contradictory to each other.
4. Explosion-proof fan has stricter safety protection requirements for the import and export end.

Note to purchase explosion-proof fan:
1. The model of the fan should be determined according to the required air volume, dust and the selected type of fan.
2. In order to facilitate the connection and installation of the ventilator and the system pipeline, the appropriate exit direction and transmission mode of the ventilator should be selected.
3. The selection of explosion-proof fans should meet the requirements of air volume and air pressure. In the selection, fans with lower noise should be selected as far as possible.
4. When choosing and purchasing, check the inside of the casing and other shells to prevent the left of tools or debris.
5. The explosion-proof grade at home and abroad is Class Ⅱ, and we do not have the ability to develop Class Ⅰ. Class Ⅱ refers to all other explosive gas environment electrical equipment except coal mine and underground, general fan configuration is this kind of motor. And class Ⅱ can be divided into class ⅱA, ⅱb, ⅱC, mark ⅱb equipment, can be applied to the use of equipment ⅱA, ⅱC can be applied to the use of conditions of ⅱA, ⅱb.
