1. Definitions and terms of fire valves

The working voltage of the electronic control circuit in the valve actuator should be DC24V rated working voltage. Its rated working current should not be greater than 0.7 A. When the actual power supply voltage is 15% lower than the rated working voltage and 10% higher than the rated working voltage, the valve should be able to operate normally with electronic control.

10, the closing reliability of the fire valve. After the fire valve or smoke exhaust fire valve has been closed and opened for 50 times, all parts should have no obvious deformation, wear and other damage affecting their sealing performance, and the blades can still be closed flexibly and reliably from the open position.

11, fire valve corrosion resistance. After 5 cycles, a total of 120h salt spray corrosion test, the valve should be able to open and close normally.

12. Air leakage volume at the ambient temperature of the fire valve. Under ambient temperature, keep the gas static pressure difference of 300Pa±15Pa on both sides of the fire valve blade, and the air leakage volume per unit area (standard state) should not be greater than 500m3/ (m2·h).

13. Fire resistance of fire valve. Within 1min after the fire test starts, the temperature sensor of the fire valve should be operated and the valve should be closed. In the prescribed fire time, keep the gas static pressure difference of 300Pa±15Pa on both sides of the fire valve blade, and the smoke leakage per unit area (standard state) should not be more than 700m3/ (m2·h).

In the prescribed fire time, the surface of the fire valve should not appear more than 10s of continuous flame. The fire time of the fire valve should not be less than 1.50h.
