One, 3C fire valve standard mark
1. Product signage. When the fire valve leaves the factory, the product label should be fixed in the obvious position of each product, and the label should indicate: a, the name of the manufacturer; B. Product labeling; c, fire valve temperature sensor nominal operating temperature; d. Rated operating voltage and current; e. Air flow direction.
2, sign production. The production of fire valve product labels should conform to the provisions of GB/T 13306, and the selected signs are uniformly marked J63× 100.4-L2.
Two, 3C fire valve packaging and transportation
1. Product packaging
The product packaging of 3C fire valves shall comply with the provisions of "rain proof, moisture proof and vibration proof" in GB/T 13384. The graphic mark of packing storage and transportation shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 191, and the mark outside the packing box shall contain the following contents:
A. Name of manufacturer.
B. Product name, model and specification.
c. Product delivery number and delivery time (year, month, date).
D. Volume of packing box (length × width × height).
E. Gross weight.
f. Address to be sent and consignee.
g. "Handle with Care" sign.
2. The following text information shall be provided with the product:
a. Product certificate: its expression shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 14436;
b. The description of the product operation manual shall conform to the provisions of GB 9969.1;
D. Packing list, that is, product list.
The above information should be packed in a waterproof bag.
Three, 3C fire valve storage
After the fire valve products leave the factory, they should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse when they are not applied in a timely manner in engineering projects. When the product inventory period exceeds one year, it should be re-inspected and put into storage.
