As long as it is a machine, there will be failures. How can we deal with small failures of industrial and mining dedusting equipment?

Inability to absorb water or unstable pressure:
1. Check the suction pipe for looseness or air leakage. If air leakage is found, tighten it or replace the suction pipe.
2. Check whether the suction pipe is blocked, and if it is, remove it.
3. Turn on the switch for a while, and then turn it off after letting the remaining gas discharge.
4. Remove the suction chamber to check whether the three suction valves are blocked, and if so, remove them.
5. Check whether the piston valve plug and valve seat are worn. If any, replace them.


Pressure drop:
1. Check whether the triangle belt is loose. If so, adjust it according to the fog gun machine manual.
2. Check whether the spray pipe is broken and the gasket of the spray pipe joint is damaged. If the spray pipe is broken or the gasket of the joint is damaged, replace it.
Key points for attention when connecting industrial and mining dedusting equipment to power and water sources:
1. The industrial and mining dedusting equipment uses the power frequency power supply provided by the generator set (or external mains power supply). The rated working voltage of the motor is AC380V, and the output AC voltage of the generator set is 400V.
2. When three-phase 380V mains power is used, there must be a power switch before connecting to the electric cabinet of industrial and mining dedusting equipment, and the power switch should be well grounded; The power line is connected to the electrical cabinet of the equipment.
3. When connecting the power line, disconnect the power switch in front of the electric control box and place it in the OFF position, and then conduct the wiring operation after confirming that there is no power.
4. The three-phase five wire system is adopted. When selecting the power line, the wire diameter 
shall be determined according to the total power specified in the product technical parameters to ensure that the power line has sufficient load capacity.
5. When the water source is connected, a special valve for spray is set. After passing the semi process valve, the pipeline is directly connected to the water inlet of the fog monitor and the water tank outlet.
